By accessing or using myCarbonScan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using this service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
myCarbonScan provides sustainability analysis based on digital data transfer. You acknowledge that all CO₂ emission metrics are estimates based on third-party formulas. These figures are for informational and benchmarking purposes only and do not constitute a formal environmental audit.
The "Pro" plan is billed at $299 USD/month. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable for partial months of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings.
In no event shall myCarbonScan be liable for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance upon the information provided by the dashboard. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the last 12 months.
