Built for developers, agencies, product teams, and sustainability leaders who need reliable, repeatable, and transparent website impact data — and the reports to prove it to clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

We use the Sustainable Web Design (SWD) model — the global benchmark for digital sustainability. By measuring raw data transfer and applying real-world carbon intensity factors, we provide high-fidelity estimates suitable for ESG reporting and stakeholder audits.

Not at all. Our analysis is out-of-band — our servers perform the scan independently using a headless browser. It has zero impact on your actual site visitors, load times, or SEO.

Each root domain (e.g. example.com) counts as one domain. Individual pages under that domain (e.g. example.com/pricing, example.com/about) each count as a URL. The Pro plan includes up to 10 domains with 30 URLs per domain, giving you broad coverage across your full web presence.

Each report covers a domain-level carbon rating, a per-page breakdown of CO₂ and data transfer, real-world impact comparisons, and tailored recommendations. Reports are generated in one click from your dashboard and delivered directly to any inbox — ready to share with colleagues, leadership, or external stakeholders.

Yes. Both the PDF reports and CSV exports are designed to be audit-ready. You can share them with stakeholders, clients, or environmental compliance teams to demonstrate measurable progress over time.

Every URL in your dashboard is automatically scanned once every 24 hours. This lets you catch changes in page weight immediately after a deployment or content update, and keeps your trend data accurate.

We offer Enterprise arrangements for larger portfolios. Contact us at support@mycarbonscan.com to discuss a custom plan with higher limits.
